Activus Recruitment are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our client's property maintenance team in Oldmeldrum. You will work closely with the current team who will provide training across a variety of maintenance tasks if required.

Roles/Tasks may include:

• Carrying our minor repairs/maintenance on properties
• Painting/Decorating office areas
• Keep outside/carpark areas clean and tidy
• Grass cutting
• Window washing
• Guttering
• Power Washing
• Any other property maintenance as required
• Must be able to work on own intiative
• Drivers licence advantageous
• Some joinery experience is beneficial

Please note this is a physical role and much of the work will be carried out outdoors so you must be physically fit and willing to work in all weathers.
